The 120-pound boar has been carried out but your back is still dry and your GPS is safer than ever thanks to our new Butcher’s Coat. A hard-wearing, 330gsm dual-grid fleece coat with a full Oxford nylon back overlay and lots of storage.

The shaped half-sleeves keep your arms free for easy access to your knife or gun and makes following your dogs through the bush easy as. The extra-long Oxford nylon back keeps your butt dry when carrying out the harvest and the twin chest pockets make sure you have plenty of room to carry your GPS unit, phone, and other important devices.

The coat comes with a molle GPS pouch that easily straps onto the left chest pocket.

The Butcher’s Coat is intended for the harder hunter who needs a tough outer layer that repels light showers but keeps breathing when the body heats up. It is designed for the pig hunter rushing through the bush and carrying out animals but is similarly useful for the farmer when feeding out, calving, or tackling sheep in the paddock.

FABRIC
Dual Grid Fleece

Our Butcher's Coat fabric is a highly technical two-layer bonded fleece that has superior wind cheating abilities achieved through the bonding process.

The outer fleece layer has been embedded with a DOR treatment to enhance water runoff and shedding, whilst the internal bonded layer has been treated with Silvadur Scent Control® to help inhibit odours.

The internal grid construction also helps to trap warm air within the grooves and fibres for better warmth whilst still offering breathability due to the two layer only construction.

500D Coated oxford reinforcing panels on shoulders, chest and back have been further been added during the construction process to high wear and abrasion areas. The Oxford nylon adds a 8,000mm water proof rating to the areas concerned.
